The festivities will start as a neighborhood crawl, beginning at Ralph Ellison Library with the, Commemoration of the first 23rd street banner (30 + Banners Recognizing Oklahoma's African American Legends will be raised on 23rd Street). Community leaders will speak on this occasion
2:00-4:00 PM
The festivities will continue by heading west to 23rd and Lottie with Tyral Muhammed's Fish and Pies, and the Top Ladies of Distinction Central Oklahoma Chapter open house of Juanita's Cut and Curl. Live Music by Rev. Terry Tubbs, the Diversity Music Fellowship, Sasha Jones, Halo, Chris McCain, Peech Dixon, 2 RS and more.
